Youth Congress
It will be an afternoon of presentations from Youth members, workshops led by organisations who work with young people, interactive activities exploring the skills young people develop through their Malawi links and a lively debate to round off the day
We're excited to announce the details of our annual Youth Congress!
This is a FREE event, aimed at S4-S6 students who have schools links/interests in Malawi.
When is it?: Monday 23rd November, 1.30pm - 5.45pm
Where is it?: Strathclyde University, Technology and Innovation Centre, Glasgow
What's involved?
We know how important global citizenship is as part of a well-rounded education and our youth members have found that the skills they have gained through GC at school have really helped further their career.
Come along to find out more about the support and resources we offer schools and allow your students to learn more about volunteering, CV skills, Interview technique, studying International Development and more.
They will also get the opportunity to talk to organisations who support young people in Scotland and get advice, hear about volunteering opportunities and get resources for schools.
