SAFER Social Accounting Frameworks for Epidemics and Revival

The SAFER Programme uses social accounting frameworks to assist African countries to enhance their statistical capacity, to gauge the social and economic effects of health and welfare (with emphasis on HIV/AIDS, malaria & TB), and to turn this research into practical development initiatives
